If you're a carer you'll know much it helps to chat to others in the same situation - but also how difficult it can be to find the time to get out and meet other people.
Here at Yours we have two groups for carers, Carers in Touch and Forget Me Not for bereaved carers. Your experience will also be valuable for other carers, both men and women, who know just how you feel.
So if you'd like to be in touch with other carers, whether you're caring for a friend or relative, or have experienced the passing of your loved one, write to our Reader Care Editor Rosie Sandall. Friendships made through Carers in Touch can be life-changing and above all, help to bring a smile to your day! Rosie will put you on our list and you will be able to write letters or emails to other members.
