BAFTA-winning actor and Fleabag actor Andrew Scott will star alongside EMMY and Academy Award winner Olivia Colman in Elsinore, a new film that tells the story of actor Ian Charleson.

The film is set in the 1980s and follows Charleson as he prepares to take on the role of Hamlet at the National Theatre. Despite battling AIDS, he stepped in after Daniel Day-Lewis left the production, delivering a performance that earned widespread praise.

Tragically, Charleson passed away less than two months later, and the Ian Charleson Awards were later created to honour his legacy.

Who's in the cast of Elsinore?
