The VAX SpotWash Max Pet-Design has been used over the course of six months at home on carpets, hard floor and upholstery. In addition, Natalie took the spot cleaner to the art studio where she did some intensive tests on 10-year old carpet tiles and 13 years' worth of studio grime.

Our tester used the Crevice tool to refresh bathroom seals and the Extra-Wide tool for floor tiles, achieving sparkling results. The tools are most effective when angled correctly to engage suction. Do wear gloves when handling cleaning solutions and emptying the dirty tank, as they can be irritant. The only drawback? An occasional sticky trigger that can over-saturate surfaces.
The black square test
In an intensive studio test, Natalie pre-treated a section of hard flooring, then used the Oxy-Lift solution mixed with water in the clean tank—it turned opaque and gave off a pleasant scent. She started cleaning with the Extra-Wide tool and rubber hard floor attachment, which required effort to lift grime.
