You'll probably recognise it as The Great British Bake stand mixer, as they have featured in every single episode of the popular baking show, in a variety of colours. KitchenAid is one of the best-known names when it comes to baking equipment, and is well-worth the investment.
I bought my KitchenAid Artisan stand mixer way back in 2007 and it looks and works just as well as it did 17 years ago! I use it all the time to make cakes, Yorkshire puddings, meringues, knead bread and pancakes and have even made pasta with it! Not only is it my most used kitchen gadget but also my most trusted as it never lets me down.

Be the envy of your fellow bakers with your very own KitchenAid Artisan Mixer, as seen on The Great British Bake Off. This iconic version comes in a sleek and stylish black, guaranteed to go with any kitchen décor.

It also comes with a FREE Mary Berry At Home Digital Scale Worth £24.95.

Yours.co.uk editor Claire Tapley has had this mixer for over 17 years and can't recommend it enough.
"I've always loved baking and after watching Bake Off for years and eyeing up one of these machines I saved up enough money to buy myself one. If you're an avid baker, this machine is a total game changer as it makes cake making so much quicker and easier.
The beating paddle is fab for creaming together butter, sugar and eggs (something that is very laborious by hand) as it does it in a matter of minutes. The whisk attachment is ideal for making meringues, and whipped cream. It's also great for sponge cake mixing.
I use the kneading paddle for making bread and pizza doughs, the machine is quite loud when it's kneading as it gives the dough a real bashing. It really does take the hard work out of bread making for you.
Considering my machine is well over 17 years old, it still looks like new and works perfectly. The stainless steel bowl is scratch-free and in pristine condition. I don't think this mixer would ever break because it just feels so strong, sturdy and well-made.
The only thing I would say to potential buyers is that it is very heavy. I keep mine in a cupboard so I have to be very careful when carrying it into the kitchen. If you have mobility issues this wouldn't be great for you. However, the mixer is so beautiful that if you have the space you'd probably be happy to display it on your kitchen countertop all the time anyway.
Another thing I love about Kitchen Aid mixers is that you can buy extra accessories like a pasta maker, meat grinder, ice cream maker, food processor, spiralizer, ice shaver and many more!
This mixer is real investment but it will last years, and be the most used and most attractive gadget in your kitchen."
