There are so many ways to stay on top of your health at home, and thanks to technology, this has never been easier. One of the most concerning health conditions that could be easily picked up at home is high blood pressure. With as many as seven million people in the UK living with undiagnosed high blood pressure, it’s so important to keep an eye on yours as in most cases, it’s caused by an underlying health condition.
According to the World Health Organization, the number of Europeans suffering from high blood pressure amounts to over 40 per cent of the population aged 25 years or more but in most of these cases, high blood pressure goes unrecognised as symptoms aren’t usually noticeable. However, if left untreated, you put yourself at serious risk of having a heart attack or stroke.
As it’s vital we keep on top of our blood pressure, the easiest way to do that is to invest in a home use blood pressure monitor to allow you to check yourself twice a day and to keep the whole family healthy too. Leading healthcare brand OMRON have strived to create innovative products that help people be in control of/ manage their heart health conditions in their everyday lives.
