It's a gaffe worthy of Frank Spencer himself - comedian Joe Pasquale, who is taking on the famous role in a theatre production of Some Mothers Do Ave Em, has accidentally exposed himself to an unsuspecting audience.
The mistake, which happened recently in London, involved the 56-year-old carrying on with his part for five whole minutes before realising he was in a rather compromising position.
"There's a bit where I end up in my pants for about ten minutes when I can't find my trousers," he says, adding: "I thought, 'It's getting a bit cold down there'".
According to sources, the other cast members saw the funny side of the situation, and were 'in stitches'. The director has apparently ordered a bigger size of pants!
