With all the extra stamps flying through our postal system at the moment, you could make a big difference this Christmas!
Simply save all your used stamps for the RNIB, who are collecting them in order to raise vital funds. Last year their Christmas stamp appeal raised more than £24,000, which went towards the RNIB Talking Book Service and the Emotional Support Service for newly-diagnosed blind people.
The charity receives £7 per kg for British stamps and £15 for foreign ones, regardless of individual stamp value or size.
Appeal Co-ordinator Terri Bush says, "The scope to raise funds from used stamps is massive, with 1.7 billion cards sent each Christmas.
"Any used stamps will go a long way to helping the RNIB, so get stuck in by sending us yours."
Sending in your stamps is easy. Cut 1/2 - 1cm of space around them, and post to: RNIB, PO Box 6198, Leighton Buzzard, LU7 9XT.
