At home in the UK
For a cosy break for two, head to La Petite Maison – the name is French, but the destination is Litcham near Swaffham, in Norfolk. This attractive single-storey annexe has one twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room (including a seat for ease of use), kitchen and a snug seating area. There’s also a good stock of DVDs, books and games if the weather isn’t so good. Bring your dog for £10 extra. The village itself is home to a traditional pub and a fish and chip shop – so that’s dinner sorted too!
