What our reviewer said:

When it’s cold outside, the last thing you want is to be cold in bed and what better way to do that than using a heated, memory foam electric underblanket.
The ultimate in luxury, this blanket comes with dual controls so you and your partner can control not only the heat on your side of the bed, but where the heat is concentrated. The controls feature separate zones for your head and feet areas so if your feet get cold but the rest of you is ok, simply crank up the temperature and warm those tootsies.
There’s also a really handy shut-off timer on each control, too. If, like me, you like to doze off while the heat is on but then find you have to drag yourself out of your slumber to turn it off, this is ideal. It can be set to preheat function or shut-off in 1, 5, 8 or 12 hours and will turn itself off automatically without disturbing you.  If you want it to stay on all night, simply choose a low heat setting and there’s an overheat protection for added security.

The blanket also features a removable zipped cover so it can be washed as often as you like and it can be tumble dried so you can get it back on your bed the same day.
As it features corner straps, it’s simplicity itself to put on (no struggling with long cords that have to pass under the mattress itself) and to take off. It attaches to your mattress in seconds and most importantly, stays in place, unlike some electric blankets that gradually work themselves down the bed or, worse, over to your partner’s side.
As it’s a memory foam mattress topper too, this blanket feels soft and inviting - heat and comfort in one. The memory foam moulds to your body making for a comfy ‘fit’ and adding to the warmth factor. Ideal for the elderly or infirm, poeple who work nightshift or just for those (like me!) who love getting into a warm and toasty bed. And with the recent change in our weather (who said spring had come early?),  an electric blanket is all the more appealing.
The original selling price was a tad expensive at an rrp of £103 for a double bed, but it's recently been discounted ( so you can pick one up for around £69 now. And as it comes with a three-year guarantee, it’s even more of a bargain!
