Highland Spring serves up free tennis lessons

This month, you and your family can learn to play mini tennis for free courtesy of Highland Spring.Venues across the UK will be hosting  parent and child coaching sessions to promote tennis as a family sport by showing parents how easy it is to play with their children.

With smaller courts, nets and rackets and lower-bouncing balls, Highland Spring Mini Tennis offers the perfect introduction to the sport, with all the fun and energy tennis offers. The programme has been developed by the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA), enabling players to learn vital skills and techniques at an early age. Sessions include skills and games you can do together and cover basic agility, balance and co-ordination.

As pioneers of the children’s bottled water market, Highland Spring is keen to get more children to adopt better hydration habits and take part in active sport.

In 2014, over 5,000 children and more than 1,650 parents took part so book your session today! To get involved, simply find your nearest Mini Tennis event here.
