Kellogg’s is offering you the chance to claim a free Mini-Seed Head Kit when you buy boxes of cereal and snacks including Special K, Coco Pops, All-Bran and Bran Flakes.
The kits come with a planter pot, a small shovel, parsley, rocket or cress seeds and wraparound designs of Tony the Tiger, Coco Monkey, Snap or Loopy the Honey Bee. All you need to do is add a small dollop of compost and a few drops of water.
To claim your kit, simply buy three promotional packs of cereals or snacks in stores until the end of July. Then enter the codes found on each pack on the Kellogg’s website - and wait for your kit to arrive. Then get sowing! Codes are redeemable until the end of this year.
Kellogg’s is offering the growing kits as part of its Origins campaign to encourage children to understand where our food comes from. Some 400,000 children haven’t been to the countryside in a year and 43 per cent have never been to a working farm. However, over three-quarters of children ( 79 per cent) want to know where their food comes from.
