Method

  1. Make up strawberry jelly with 150ml (1⁄4 pint) of boiling water. Cool the jelly and divide into two jugs. Add 100ml cold
    water to one jug. Pour strawberry jelly into mould. Put in the fridge to set.
  2. Add 100ml of single cream to the second strawberry jelly and set aside at the start. Gently pour the cream jelly into the mould using the back of a spoon. Put in the fridge to set.
  3. To serve, dip the mould in warm water for a few seconds and tip onto a serving place. Slice strawberries to decorate.
