- Make up strawberry jelly with 150ml (1⁄4 pint) of boiling water. Cool the jelly and divide into two jugs. Add 100ml cold
water to one jug. Pour strawberry jelly into mould. Put in the fridge to set.
- Add 100ml of single cream to the second strawberry jelly and set aside at the start. Gently pour the cream jelly into the mould using the back of a spoon. Put in the fridge to set.
- To serve, dip the mould in warm water for a few seconds and tip onto a serving place. Slice strawberries to decorate.
