Turkey tikka masala


  1. Heat a little oil in a pan
  2. Add the onion
  3. Add garlic, chilli and ginger and stir until they start to soften
  4. Add the curry powder
  5. Mix together for a few minutes until all ingredients are coated
  6. Add the peppers and continue to stir
  7. Cook until softened
  8. Add the tin of tomatoes
  9. Reduce the heat slightly and cook for 5 minutes
  10. Add the yogurt and chopped tomatoes. Stir
  11. Add the Tikka Turkey Breast Chunks and warm through for 3 or 4 minutes
  12. Add chopped coriander leaves to taste
  13. Serve with rice, warmed naan bread and poppadoms

A curry classic with a touch of turkey


100g (3 packs) Tikka Turkey Breast Chunks
1 small onion, sliced
½ Red Pepper, sliced
½ Green Pepper, sliced
½ Red Chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped
1 clove Garlic, chopped
1cm piece of Ginger, chopped
1 heaped tsp Curry powder
400g Tinned Tomatoes, chopped
100ml Natural Yoghurt
15ml Coconut Cream
1 Tomato, chopped
½ bunch Coriander, chopped


Time: 10 minutes. Cooking time 15 minutes
