- Combine turkey, breadcrumbs, pistachios, onion, egg and salt. With wet hands shape the mixture into balls about the size of a walnut.
- Place in shallow pan and bake at 200°C/ 400° F /Gas Mark 6 for 20 mins or until cooked through.
- To make the sweet and sour sauce combine all the ingredients in a pan, bring to the boil then simmer for 5 mins.
- Thread the meatballs onto wooden skewers. Garnish with pistachios and serve with the sauce.
