Stuffed Chicken breast with Parma ham


1. Slice your chicken breast in half and stuff with the feta cheese

2. Wrap the parma ham around the breast carefully

3. Place on a baking tray and bake the chicken breast in the oven for 35 mins at 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4

4. Sautee the broccoli with 1 tsp olive oil and some crushed garlic and serve!

2 slices of Parma Ham
30g (1oz) feta cheese (for stuffing)
35g (1½oz) steamed broccoli
Cherry tomatoes to garnish
