Spicy Lamb Breakfast Flatbread


  1. Chop the merguez sausage in to chunks and fry on a medium heat until they start to crisp.
  2. While the sausage is cooking, warm up a flat bread in the oven for 5 mins.
  3. Serve the sausage in the warm flatbread, with a sprinkling of feta cheese, 4-5 olives, sliced tomato, red onion and a generous spoonful of Onken natural yogurt.
