- In a large, non-stick pan, use a dash of olive oil and fry off the peppers for 3-4 minutes.
- Next add all the other ingredients, including the beef and simmer for 30 minutes with the lid on.
- This is a fairly firm sauce dish, so it shouldn’t need extra water, but feel free to add a little if you prefer the sauce to be wetter.
- Serve with basmati rice and pickles.
