Rich beef curry


  1. In a large, non-stick pan, use a dash of olive oil and fry off the peppers for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Next add all the other ingredients, including the beef and simmer for 30 minutes with the lid on.
  3. This is a fairly firm sauce dish, so it shouldn’t need extra water, but feel free to add a little if you prefer the sauce to be wetter.
  4. Serve with basmati rice and pickles.

500g lean steak beef, finely sliced
1 jar of Mums Masala Base
4 spring onions, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced
Cup of French beans.
1 small red chilli, de-seeded and chopped
