- Blanch the broccoli in a pan or bowl of boiling water for 4 mins. Drain and refresh with cold water.
- In a large saucepan, fry the bacon lardons in the oil for 4-5 mins, until just crispy.
- Add the garlic and honey, and mix through, then stir in the broccoli, red cabbage and cranberries. Cook for 2 mins, until everything is piping hot. Add the butter.
- Transfer to a serving dish, squeeze over the lemon juice. Serve.
