Method

 

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan with a lid. Fry the meatballs for 4 mins. Add the carrot sticks and fry for 1 min.
  2. Stir in the white parts of the pak choi with the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 5 mins. Check the meatballs are cooked with no pink meat. Add the green parts of the pak choi and heat until just wilted.

1 tbsp oil
300g (10 ½oz) pack essential Waitrose British Beef 20 Meatballs
1 essential Waitrose Carrot, cut into matchsticks
235g (8oz) pack Waitrose Green Pak Choi, shredded
275g (10oz) pack Waitrose Sweet Chilli Egg Noodles
1 bunch essential Waitrose Salad Onions, cut into 2cm (¾in)pieces
75g (3oz) baby corn, halved lengthways
800ml (27floz) beef stock
2 tbsp hoisin sauce
