- Heat the oil in a frying pan with a lid. Fry the meatballs for 4 mins. Add the carrot sticks and fry for 1 min.
- Stir in the white parts of the pak choi with the remaining ingredients and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 5 mins. Check the meatballs are cooked with no pink meat. Add the green parts of the pak choi and heat until just wilted.
