- Use your hands to mix together all the ingredients in a large bowl. Cover and leave to marinate in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Preheat your oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6 or ensure BBQ is at the required cooking temperature.
- Place the chicken and the marinade juices in a roasting tray and toss them through again. Roast in the preheated oven for 40 to 50 minutes until cooked through (or similarly – pop on to the BBQ until cooked through) and serve immediately.
