Latin grilled corn with a kick



  1.  Evenly rub corn with Flora Gold. Grill corn over medium heat, turning often, until tender.
  2. Arrange corn on serving platter; let cool for 3 mins. 
  3. Combine Hellmann’s Real Mayonnaise, lime juice, garlic and chili in a bowl.
  4. Brush mayonnaise mixture over the corn. Sprinkle with cheese and garnish with fresh coriander.

50g (2 oz) Flora Gold
100g (3½ oz) Hellmann's® Real Mayonnaise
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
½ red chili, deseeded, finely chopped
40g (1½ oz) finely grated Cotija or Parmesan cheese
Some fresh coriander for garnish
