- Thread vegetables and halloumi on a skewer alternating the ingredients e.g. red onion, halloumi, red pepper, prawn, green pepper, cherry tomato etc. (whatever looks best).
- Place in a dish and pour over the sauce so they’re covered evenly.
- Leave to marinade for a couple of hours.
- Cook on a BBQ or under the grill turning frequently until cooked.
