Chocolate fudge


  1. Melt the chocolate and stir in the Splenda, cool to room temperature.
  2. Combine the chocolate and butter until smooth.
  3. Stir in the cream and vanilla, followed by the crushed nuts if using.

    Spread evenly into a small, parchment lined loaf pan. Chill until firm.
  4. Cut into pieces and store in the freezer.
