- In a mixing bowl, add the oats and pour over the milk and apple juice. Mix well with a wooden spoon.
- Add the yoghurt, honey and lemon juice and stir well. Lightly fold through the chopped apples and blueberries.
- Serve in bowls and top with some toasted almonds and drizzle with a little honey.
