Apple and blueberry porridge


250ml (½pt) Alpro Almond Unsweetened drink
40g (1½oz) porridge oats
½ apple
65g (2 ½ oz) blackberries
1 tbsp pistachio nuts, optional


  1. Core and thinly slice the apples 
  2. Combine the Almond Unsweetened, porridge oats and apple slices in a pan and bring to a boil
  3. Once boiling, reduce to a simmer and keep stirring for around three minutes until the porridge thickens
  4. Spoon into a bowl and top with blackberries, pistachios and another splash of Almond Unsweetened
