Pear and mature cheddar muffins


  1. Preheat the oven to 180c
  2. Place the muffin cases into a non stick 12 hole muffin tin, ready to pour all the mixture into
  3. Next add all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and beat the mixture into a smooth consistency or alternatively use a food processor
  4. Once happy with the consistency, divide the mixture equally between the muffin cases
  5. Bake for approximately 20 minutes until lightly golden
  6. Finally dust the muffins with a sprinkle of icing sugar for the perfect finish

80g sugar
1 large free range egg
150g grated Pilgrims Choice Extra Mature Cheddar cheese
100g sour cream
100g melted butter
2 small ripe pears
