Method

1. Whisk together the quark and yogurt, adding in 2 tbsp jam. Swirl the remaining jam through to create a marbled effect.
2. Carefully spoon the mousse into four jam jars and top with berries. Screw on lids and stand upright in the freezer for 2 hours.

200g (7oz) fat-free vanilla yogurt
8 tbsp Streamline (low sugar) blackcurrant jam
150g (5oz) raspberries
150g (5oz) blueberries
