- Preheat oven to 180C/350F/Gas mark 4. Line 8in (20cm) square tin with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine oats, nuts, sultanas, raisins, salt and seeds. Add milk and let stand to soak for 10 mins or so.
- Stir well. Pour mixture into prepared tin and spread evenly. Bake for 30-35 mins.
- Let cool on wire rack. Cut into bars/squares. Store in airtight container. Keeps well in the fridge for 3 days.
