- Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F/Gas Mark 4, add all the ingredients to a large bowl and mix really well so all the oats are completely coated.
- Spoon the mixture into the tin and using a wooden spoon spread out to cover base of tin, press lightly to flatten mixture then put in oven and bake for about 20 mins or until golden.
- Remove from oven and leave to cool completely overnight in the fridge then slice into squares.
