- Place the oats, grated apple, cinnamon, Alpro Simply Plain and Alpro Coconut Original in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix ingredients together with a wooden spoon before covering and leaving in the fridge to soak for a couple of hours or preferably overnight.
- Scoop into bowls then sprinkle over the chopped pistachio nuts and blueberries.
