Method

  1. Mix the cream cheese, yogurt and honey until smooth
  2. Purée the apricots
  3. In 4 glasses, alternate layers of cream, Amaretti biscuits and pureed apricots

150g (5oz) Greek yogurt
2 tbsp honey
75g (3oz) Amaretti biscuits or Amarettini (coarse crumble)
240g can of apricots (drained)
