Afternoon tea mug cake


  1. Put your wet ingredients in first, the sunflower oil, milk, vanilla extract and egg, whisk this until combined and then add in the self raising flour and sugar.
  2. Whisk these briskly until well combined and no lumps of flour can be seen.
  3. Now tip half of the mixture into one mug and the remainder into a second mug. This should come to half way up the mug. Microwave for 2 minutes on 800W.
  4. Slice the top and fill it with cream and top it with a strawberry.
