Happy cooking duo, Si and Dave, a.k.a the Hairy Bikers, love nothing more than rolling up their sleeves, donning a penny and getting stuck in in the kitchen.
And now they're doing just that to raise money and awareness for a very special cause.
For Red Nose Day (which is celebrated on March 24 this year), the Hairy Bikers are fronting a new limited edition apron range created by celebrity photographer Rankin.
Available in a range of quintessentially British styles, £5 from each apron goes to Comic Relief to help improve the lives of people in the UK and across Africa.
And Si and Dave can't wait to get cooking in their new pinnies. "It’s a real honour to be involved in such a tremendous cause and be a part of Red Nose Day," they said.
"We hope the aprons will carry the Comic Relief message into tens of thousands of kitchens and help countless lives both here in the UK and in Africa. Being cooks, we're delighted the range features aprons for adults and children, inspiring the whole family to bake a difference and raise life-changing cash to change countless lives."
"Baking is one of the most popular fundraising activities to support Red Nose Day and this range enables you to not only look good, but raise money too. So we’re encouraging everyone to throw on a HomeSense Red Nose Day apron and make your bake matter!"
And they're hoping their children – their harshest critics – will be impressed. "Every year my step children buy the t-shirts and bits and piece for Red Nose Day, but this year, guess what kids? It’s us! How cool’s that going to be?!" says Dave.
You can pick up your Red Nose Day apron from HomeSense and TK Maxx stores throughout the UK now.
