Celebs invite you to bubble beard up for cancer charity

You might have heard of Movember (moustaches for November), but how about DecemBeard?

Well, DecemBeard is Beating Bowel Cancer and the bathstore's winter campaign, to raise awareness of bowel cancer, which is the second biggest cancer killer in the UK. And it's encouraging everyone, male and female, to sport a beard this December to raise funds to help continue the charity's life-changing work, supporting patients and families of those affected by the condition.

Using a lather of your favourite bubble bath, bathstore and DecemBeard want you to sculpt your finest Father Christmas facial hair and then share a selfie on social media using the hashtag #bubblebeard. The super important bit is that you then donate £2 by texting BUBL15 £2 to70070.

Famous faces have already got involved with the campaign including presenter, Kate Garraway and BBC Radio 1's Chris Stark, who have shared their own #bubblebeard selfies.

Kate Garraway said "Bubble beards is a great way for the whole family to get involved in Decembeard and do something fun for a serious cause even if they can't grow a beard. Make sure you share your selfies on social media and most importantly text to donate."
