- Drizzle steak with oil and season. Heat a griddle or frying pan until hot then stir-fry the meat for 3 minutes or until cooked.
- Warm the tortilla wraps. Scatter each with lettuce, sweetcorn and kidney beans.
- Add steak, with dollops of salsa and soured cream. Fold and roll, slicing in half diagonally if required. Serve immediately.
