Method

1. Heat a pan and add a splash of olive oil

2. Stir-fry the strips of beef with the chopped red pepper, ½ chopped garlic clove and beansprouts

3. Add the soya sauce and 100ml beef stock and stir until piping hot

4. Serve immediately and garnish with coriander if desired
