My husband and I are both 60 living in England and have applied for the new bus pass. However, we also own a holiday home in Wales on which we pay full council tax and we wondered if we can also apply for the bus pass for use in Wales?

Hi, i live in wales and have a free bus pass, im not really sure, but i think youd have to be a resident living in wales to qualify as it is suported by the welsh assembly. Next time you visit wales pop in the local library as they will have the information you want.
