How can I get my husband to make a will? We are both in our sixties and he refuses point blank to do it.

pWhy not make an appointment with a Solicitor to find out where you would stand if he died intestate? If you find genuine reasons for making a will then he may be more prepared to listen? Also if he found some of his money might end up being given to the government he might think twice!!/p pI didn't realise that if a couple are living together and not married they should always make a will if there are children involved as, even if the father is named on the birth certificate, he may not automatically get custody of the children in the event of the mother's death./p pThere are also complications nowadays with multiple marriages/relationships and the offspring from them./p pSheila/p
