Can anyone help - I'm going through menopause and I dont want to take hormone replacement. Are there any tips that could make me feel a bit more lively?

Yes. Think positive, laugh and discuss symptoms with friends or colleagues, especially if they are of similar age or have been there and got the t-shirt, BUT don't have pre-conceived worries from reading or listening to negative comments, it's draining. Listen to Your body. If symtoms are really difficult to live with, deal with it then. I used Confiance for a year or two. I tried Menopace but I didn't like it, so see what works for you. This time in your life can be liberating and a learning experience as you plan for the next stage. Eat healthily and keep fit with whatever excercise you like to do. Good luck.Enjoy!!!
