I'm having problem with my computer and I have no one to ask for help (unless I call a premium rate support number). Where else can I get help?

If you need help with PC problems, the charity Which? have a Computing Helpdesk service.When you register by phone, you'll get a special email address and password. Whatever you need to know about using your PC, email your question to an expert team at Which? and one of their friendly advisors will email you back with an answer in clear English. If you feel the answer's not clear, email them back and ask some more.For access, call 0800 032 3311
