Does anyone have a recipe for Lemon Cheesecake?

Lemon Cheesecake

Ingredients

Base:
8oz crushed digestive biscuits mixed with 4oz melted butter. 
Press mixture into base of 8” non-stick loose-bottom spring clip tin. 
Place in fridge.

Cheesecake:
1 pint packet of lemon jelly
Juice of 1 lemon
12oz full fat soft cheese e.g. Philadelphia
4oz caster sugar
5fl oz whipping cream – whipped

Method:
Dissolve the jelly in 5fl oz boiling water, adding enough lemon juice to make up to 10 fl oz 

Leave in cool place until thick and nearly set, (approx. 2 hours if put in fridge) then mix the cheese with the sugar and jelly, fold in the whipped cream. 

Pour onto the biscuit base and leave in fridge to set.

Optional decorations for top: 
5fl oz. whipped, whipping cream, and pared rind of lemon which has been blanched in boiling water to soften. 
Decorate with cream to suit own taste, then sprinkle rind on decorations.
