I would like to make some individual Christmas cakes for friends. I have made a full sized Christmas cake numerous times, but I’m unsure about cooking times and temperatures for these little ones, I hope you can help?

The festive season is creeping up on us, which means it must be time to make that Christmas cake.
This recipe for mini Christmas cakes from June Care is perfect as it’s very simple plus the results are perfect portion sized treats – you may end up having to make extra for the ones that don’t make it to Christmas!
Ingredients 340g. mixed dried fruit8 cherries, halved130g. Plain flour, sieved½ tsp. mixed spice2 eggs, beaten100g. Margarine100g. Caster sugar
Cream together the margarine and sugar, stir in all the remaining ingredients.Divide between 5, greased, double lined, small baked bean tins.Bake for 2 hours at Gas 2, 100 C, cool in the tins.To decorate the top of each use 25g marzipan and 25g ready rolled icing.
Recipe from June Care, with compliments of BBC Kent

I've recently found on a website some great cake recipes and many of them are for babies.I was amazed to find out that you can make some great cakes for babies by using a soy baby formula, milk and honey.
