I understand that you're affraid of a flu or other weakeness provoked by winter, but somehow I don't get it. I had an uncle who managed to easily accommodate in assisted living communities. His whole life he was more preoccupied with living the life instead of dodging it.

You should use some hydratating creams in order to protect your skin of cold. Also it is recomended to take as many vitamins as possible and some Male enhancement supplements as they contain iron and calcium.

The most important thing in my opinion is to avoid crowded places where it is very easy to get an infection. Eating lots of vegetables and fruits is always helping or if you don't like them, then taking vitamins is always an option. Even a simple candida infection treatment can be avoided if you are careful.

I guess that everybody had problems with staying healthy in winter. A friend of mine, who works at a nyc cosmetic dentists clinic told me that in the cold season he had many more pacients. As a general rule, try to dress well when you go out.

I'm usually terribly stressed, this may indeed be the cause for my annual flues. I had no idea this could lower the body immunity, I pretty much got used to searching for pills on an online pharmacy Mexico clinic every year, now.
