i too suffer from painfull joints, and i have tried everything, glugosomine, cod liver oil rosehip, many different oils and gels, but with no luck, i still take glugosomine, and cod liver oil daily, but i send away for mine from Jersey, they are tax free, and free postage, done this for years, and usually wait until they have a buy one get one free week, they send delivery the same day, so no long wait gonna try the cider vinegar though

I use Pernaton Oil tha has been issued in Yours before. I also have to use Durogesic patches that I apply every three days.  Sometimes I have to take Co-Codamol as well which is a 30/500 dosage. The pain is dreadful sometimes and I have to get up at night hence replying to this at this awful hour.  Hope the posts hae helped you.

 Exercise is the thing, it gets the synovial fluid flowing ad will improve matters greatly.  It is ot the first thing that spring to mind when you have pain, but it does work.  Start gently but make sure it is regular and you will improve. 

If I won £1,000 I We would be able to afford to visit my daughter who is at York universitiy, we have not seen her & her boyfriend since just before Christmas, as it is a very long & expensive journey from Devon to York.
