The best way to lose your wobbly tummy is to combine a healthy diet with plenty of exercise. One pound of body fat is made up off 3500 calories. That means to lose a pound in a week you need to eat 3500 calories less than you usually do. Or you need to burn 3500 more calories by doing some more exercise. Of course the least painful way is to do a bit of both – try these simple ways to work off excess calories how ever much time you have.
