Talk it over with an yoga instructor. Yoga is a great option which helps you gain overall fitness. But whatever you do, stop consuming alcohol. Even in old age people alcohol addiction problem is seen. At this stage such a problem could be really harmful. But if you are already suffering from addiction problem get rid of this problem from alcohol rehab NC.

Consult with your doctor. Your doctor would give you advice regarding practicing yoga. Even if you can not practice yoga you should go for walk regularly. This would enhance your fitness level. However if you want you could also enroll for assisted living phoenix.

Even if you get old you need to practice some sort of exercise to stay fit. Yoga could be a great option for you. But you need to practice it under supervision of an expert yoga teacher. Also follow a proper diet. Most importantly stay away from addictive stuff. Although new advanced addiction treatment procedures are coming up like meth rehab centers.

Yoga is suitable for any age. My grand mother is 68 years old and she still maintains her yoga schedule. Through yoga one can control his/her mind and body as well. Yoga and "Pranayam" (Art of controlling breathe) are effective for treating small physical problems like Headaches, Gastric problems and many more.
