Profile and Registration

Registration is free and only takes a few minutes. There are a number of required fields to complete. The information you provide during registration will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Click on Sign In/Register (top right) and complete a simple form to create your profile. You will need to choose a username and password that are unique to you. Make sure they are memorable, because you will need to use it every time you sign in to the site. Both the user name and password fields are case sensitive so make sure you take a note if you have used capital letters. If your username is, for example, "MaryThornton", you must use the capital M and T when you sign in -  "marythornton" will not work.

Make sure you sign in every time you visit (it’s essential if you want to answer questions or contribute to the forums).

Why can’t I sign in?
The username and password are case sensitive. This means that if you have used a capital letter in your username you have to make it capital every time you log in (see above). If you are still having problems, please email us.

If you lose or forget your password it is simple to change. All of the pages that require you to identify yourself with your username and password carry a Forgotten Your Password? link. Click here and a code will be sent to your nominated e-mail address. Follow the instructions in the email and you will be able to create a new password. For technical reasons we cannot tell you what your password is.

Can I edit my profile?
You may easily change any information stored in your registration profile. Simply sign in and use the Personal Profile link that is situated at the top of the left hand menu. Your password and all of your profile information will appear on screen. You may edit any information except your Username.
